At Evermore, fashion and beauty with intention is huge.
To me, this means that we're over the all new fads. The trendy items. The money pits that seem to hit the spot for like a second and then everyone's moved on. We're done.
We need style and beauty that doesn't go away. We need to take time and elevate our current look to include a more timeless and classic vibe. One that, in 10 years, we don't look back on and think "yikes".
So here are 5 reasons why I think we should all undergo a serious style transformation. And it's definitely not all about the clothes either.

1. You need it for you
First off, this is for you. Your personal image has a lot to do with your current lifestyle. Let that sink in for a second. And this includes your clothing, your attitude, your beauty products and routine, everything. It's a true statement that we dress for where we want to be.
No one is perfect, and I never would encourage anyone to try and attain perfection, because it can't be done. It's also changing all the time, so we'd be completely taken in if we tried. I'm a firm believer in blooming where we're planted, and I want to be the best bloom I can be where I am right now.
But perfection has nothing to do with style elevation. Style elevation is a lifestyle change, not a single shopping trip.

You need a style transformation because you have one life. It's important and a blessing to feel good in your skin. The satisfaction you get from your self esteem will pour over into other aspects of your life. Your family will notice a difference. Try it and see!
2. You need it for where you want to be
Again, our image has a lot to do with our current situation in life. It doesn't have everything to do it, there are a lot of contributing factors involved. But typically, if you want to level up, your wardrobe has to level up, too.
By leveling-up, I don't mean that you have to start spending your entire income on your image. Not at all! But it does mean maybe choosing a sleek cashmere sweater over the t-shirt with holes you'd normally grab instead.
Our culture has glorified the I-couldn't-care-less look. And, don't get me wrong, I love a messy bun and over-sized sweater on a Saturday morning just as much as the next girl! This might actually be a good thing for you, because when you start putting in the effort, it shows all the more easily.

3. You need one because you'll be given the respect that you dress for
Our clothing and how we carry ourselves has so much to do with how people treat us. In a perfect world, everyone would be shown respect no matter what. But it's a flawed world. If we dress in a way to get certain attention, that certain attention will be shown. This can be a good or bad thing, so make sure you're dressing for the right kind of attention for you.
If you don't treat yourself with respect, other people will follow your example.
4. Because you're inspiring someone else to to do it for themselves
I love a good glow-up transformation. I could spend hours researching them and being inspired to elevate my own look. People will see the effort you're putting in and that it's working for you. They'll probably be inspired to do something similar themselves.
It's also an attractive thing to see someone care about their appearance and take it to the next level. It shows a drive and purpose underneath, and I personally admire and am attracted toward people of this kind.
To be inspired is great, but to inspire is an honor.
5. Because you'll look fabulous
Um, yes. I personally don't like to look at the photos of myself before I put any effort into my appearance. I actually avoid them as much as I can.
But when I'm loving how I look and feel?
Hello. I love to see photos of myself when I'm at my best. It's an amazing feeling!

To wrap up this post, I'd like to also say that having a good appearance is nice and very important. But it's not the most important thing. If you wear Chanel every day of your life and you don't have kindness, generosity, and graciousness, those beautiful clothes have been wasted.
